RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Wumple. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odours and pet hair, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at tinydude@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns may not be refunded.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we can't refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your onesie arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Sale Items & Bundles
Discounted and bundle items are refundable at the price actually paid. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount is recalculated on the items you keep.
