SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted.

Delivery Time
Because our onesies ship directly from our production partner, typical delivery is 8–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking
Tracking can take 2–5 days to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 10 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address within 12 hours of ordering — after that, the order may already be in fulfillment. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
